Her expert knowledge, attention to detail, and seamless communication made the buying and selling process smooth. We quickly understood that finding the right house for us was personal for Rose. Rose is hands down one of the best realtors in Des Moines. My partner (Chris) and I got in touch with her through a colleague of Chris'. She is so knowledgeable, kind, responsiveness, and overall just a wonderful person!! Any questions we had she was able to answer. Need a contractor recommendation? Boom, she knows someone. At the end of it all, she gifted us with a beautiful basket full of gift cards to places around the neighborhood. So thoughtful.

Prior to touring an existing listing Rose listened to our “wants and needs”, and had several other homes that fit the criteria that we had not even considered.  She was very helpful in the due diligence process.
From pricing an offer in the current market, to recommending vendors, right up through and including closing Rose was right there alongside us.  Available when we reached out, informative above and beyond our questions, we could not be more pleased, and most importantly we now have a new friend in Des Moines!

We had the pleasure of working with Rose on the purchase of a new home. This was not the first home we had purchased a home but was the first time we used a realtor and it was very helpful. She did a wonderful job representing us during the entire process. Her deep knowledge of the local market was invaluable. She worked with the Seller’s realtor during the negotiation process and quickly provided appropriate updates to keep the process moving along. Rose secured third party inspectors for the sewer, roof and fireplaces without hesitation. Her calm demeanor during the purchase made the transaction much less stressful.
